At Emprada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full amount will be issued to your email within 5-7 business days.
